The main objective is to attract new visitors and enrich the lives of the future residents of this modern neighbourhood. The design uses openness and enclosure of space to interact harmoniously with each other, creating an organic and connected environment. The aim is to reflect and reflect the character of the area on which the visitor centre will be located, creating a space that is welcoming and functional for visitors and future residents. The theoretical foundations of architecture are key elements in the design of a visitor centre. Spatial relationships are carefully considered and optimized to maximize the use of the space while maintaining its functionality. The overall design is therefore adapted to modern architectural trends and reflects the requirements of the times.
